The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions. Enquiries are delivered through our hosted email service. Limited request timestamps, associated with a hashed network address, help limit repeated submissions; these records do not contain your enquiry text.

Request-limit timestamps are used for a 15-minute window. Inactive request-limit files become eligible for removal after 24 hours and are cleared during routine form use. Enquiry emails are retained according to the purpose of the correspondence and applicable business requirements.
